Honoree Tribute Submittal

The following are two examples of honoree slides contained in previous tribute presentations.  You are not being asked to create the slide, just to provide the information.

Please click on the button below and attach a photo of your honoree, to be displayed in the presentation.

In the body of the message, provide information about your honoree, including a range of years for those deceased and a few bullet items about the person and/or their interests.  This information should be meaningful but brief and easy to quickly read and grasp because, due to the number of slides, each one can only be displayed for a few seconds -- so lengthy statements and too much information only detract from the audience's ability to contemplate your loved one while their slide is being shown.

If you would like to include specific clip art as illustration (as shown), please attach them to your email along with your photo.  There is an abundance of free clip images on the Internet.

Please be sure to include the name of your honoree in the message body, as well as your own name and phone number, in case we have a question.  (If you submitted the on-line registration form, we know that you already provided this information but we are not yet technically savvy enough to be able to automatically, electronically link this honoree submittal with your registration, so please provide it again to help us avoid mistakes.
